Welcome to Dupont Park…

COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared the Coronavirus outbreak a global pandemic. Government, other health agencies, corporations, educational and religious institutions have responded with detailed measures to ensure public safety and to mitigate the spread of the virus.

In cooperation with local government mandates, and practical precautions in addressing this major health challenge, all services and meetings have been either canceled or postponed at the Dupont Park Seventh-day Adventist Church. This includes Sabbath School, Divine Worship, Wednesday Connect, rehearsals, and all planned meetings. This closure will be in effect until March 31, 2020, with a consultation and status update to determine our future course of action at that time. Our response is in alignment with directives from the Allegheny East Conference, and the collective agreed practice of the AEC churches in the Washington Metro Area Ministerium. Plans are underway to provide for virtual experiences for Sabbath School, Divine Worship, and Wednesday Connect for our Dupont Park Church worshipers via streaming and conference calls. Please check your email, social media, and the church website for updated information.

The Adult Sabbath School lesson, featuring local church members, will be streamed from the church website starting at 10:00 a.m. Click here to join the sabbath school lesson. Those without computer access may join a conference call lesson study, facilitated by Lamont Bailey at 10:00 a.m.  You may join  this call at 605- 313-4821, code 62645#.

A special Youth and Young Adult Day is being presented by the Allegheny East Conference Youth Ministries and broadcast on the AEC website at 10:00 a.m. All youth are encouraged to view this special program at Fierce.aecycm.com
